Introduction: Although I belong to other language Meet Up Groups, the German Meet Up Group is the best because of its organizer Pat Finnegan. Also, the members are a lot of fun and German is my favorite language.
Do you agree to refrain from hate speech -- speech intended to offend a group based on race, religion, ethnicity, sexual preference or gender?: YES!
Do you agree to not use of our group as a pulpit for denying or downplaying the Holocaust?: My German heritage includes Nazis as well as Jews, and I am working on a project involving the Holocaust, so I most definitely agree to this.
Do you agree to RSVP to our events (it is perfectly OK to RSVP "no" but not OK to simply ignore us)?: Yes, I have tried in the past to make sure I RSVP's, but I will definitely do this.
Do you agree to complete feedback forms after an event?: Yes
Do you agree to not complain online about our group until you have exhausted other, more private grievance options?: I have never done this because there was NOTHING about which I might complain. However, I promise never to do this in the future as well.
