February German Language Meetup

Petra will be our hostess in her home in Westerville. I'll give you directions later. We'll have another one of our delicious potlucks. Be thinking about what food and drink you'll bring to share with others. Please note your choices where you RSVP. Petra will have plates, utensils and cups. Bring anything German you would like to share, that is, stuff, not food unless you want to! Here are some ideas: games, pictures, songs, short stories and poems. You may like these or have ideas of your own. Also, bring $2.00 to help pay for the Meetup web site. Our calendars fill up fast so please put this Meetup on yours!

The Damenchor of the Columbus Maennerchor is having its annual Karneval (Mardi Gras) on Saturday, February 21, a week before our Meetup. Mom, Bob and I will be there and so will a polka band! Call me at 486-1596 about details and tickets - $8 for adults and $5 for children under 12. You don't have to dress in costume but it's more fun that way!
