German Television Programming, DW-TV

I have a request for all members:

Please call your cable provider and request to have DW-TV added as a channel. Deutsche-Welle's website claims that we can have all day programs available if we call our cable provider, but on calling Comcast, they were unable to find the channel and said that if enough people called asking for it, that they could add it as a possibility.

It used to be free via internet and peer-to-peer, but is no longer so (in the US). Here's the message from the DW website:

Please help out in making German/English language programming available to anyone who wants it.
