Sample 4 different classic Weissbiers and learn about Schnitzels:
Participants taste a variety of different Bavarian Wheat or Weizen Biers and learn about the popular Schnitzel dishes during an insightful Power Point Presentation that covers the history and making of Bavarian Wheat Bier through virtual visits to different breweries.

Bier 103 - Hops: Pils and Pilz, 29.50 Next on TBD
Travel from the North to the South and sample 4 different Pilsner style Biers -
Taste a variety of different German Pilsner style Biers to appreciate the regional differences and enjoy some appetizers during an insightful Power Point Presentation. You will learn about hops, the main flavoring ingredient, durning our virtual visit to the famous Hallertauer Hop fields in Bavaria.

Our Bier seminars feature authentic food and beverage samples during a Power Point presentation in the Jäger Stube of the Bavarian Grill at 7:00pm.
Space limits us to 40 students, and it is first come first serve,
