Herzlich Willkommen is German for 'a warm welcome' - something you will always find at the Goethe Club of Denver. The Goethe Club of Denver was founded with the goal of emphasizing and fostering German cultural heritage with its great composers, poets, philosophers and scientists. Our club can look back on almost 50 years of offering educational, literary, musical and social events which promote the German culture and language. Our programs have included travelogues on Germany and other countries, visits to theater performances, museum exhibits, German movies, musical performances, and lectures on every aspect of cultural life. Guests are always welcome to join us at our monthly cultural and social gatherings. You will find that our members are a warm, wonderful group of people. Many of us are German born or of German heritage, while others share a common interest in German culture and traditions. If you have such an interest and enjoy social gatherings with a group of friendly people, we welcome you to join us at our upcoming events.
