Introduction
" Übung macht den Meister " . . . as they say. To learn German to be able to talk to my German friends in their own language, I thought it would only be polite ! I also like languages so it seems like an interesting language to speak !
Where did you learn German?
At school but I didn't take it up as an option so I barely remember it although I have been picking up phrases here and there !
What do you do professionally?

How often do you speak German?
Hardly at all, aside from a few phrases written in text or emails !

In seven months, speaking very little German, I have found the confidence to hold simple conversations and attempt more advanced ideas, with people in German ! Everyone who comes along is friendly and helpful and without them I would not have progressed so far so fast !
